HOʻOULU HULA WORKSHOPS
The weeklong Hula intensive with Kumu Hula ʻAuliʻi Aweau, from Ka Pā Hula O Laʻakea in Hawaiʻi, will take you on a journey of creating a Hula performance as an offering for peace and growth. The intensive includes introduction of the history and cultural significance of Hula, hoʻokupu (offering) and lei-making, mele (song) and oli (chant), and a culminating performance or hōʻike on May 31st.
Single workshop registration welcomed. Participants must register for the full week to perform.
Monday workshop: $75
Tuesday - Thursday workshop: $50
